Changed Your Mind?
No worries! You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item for a refund (excluding the original shipping cost). We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure the returned product is:
-unused,
-undamaged,
-all original packaging & stuffing in the bag,
-all straps included.
Please click “Contact Us” on our website and provide the reason for the return along with photos of the item.
We will then send you a return form (to be placed inside the parcel) and a return label (to be attached to the outside of the parcel).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refund will be issued minus £3.50 postage.
Faulty Items
We check all our products for quality before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is not in perfect condition or was damaged during shipping, please click “Contact Us” on our website immediately and provide photos of the issue.
If a product develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, we will offer a repair where possible or a replacement at our discretion. Please note that this does not cover general wear and tear, and where an item can easily be repaired, this will be our first course of action. Outside this timeframe, we are unable to offer a replacement.
